Schedule (Days/Hours) M-F 8 am - 5 pm (flexible) Responsibilities Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care. Perform patient assessments, screenings, and periodontal charting. Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care. Partner closely with doctors to identify treatment opportunities and improve patient outcomes. Build trusted relationships that encourage long-term patient loyalty. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Support a positive, efficient, and patient-focused office environment. Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols. Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications Licensed dental hygienist with an active Oregon Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to start). Current local anesthesia certification, if applicable. Strong communication and patient education skills. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new graduates welcome). Current CPR certification. Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation.
