Job Description

Overview

Location: Ocala, Florida
Facility: 323-bed hospital, Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center
Role: Radiologic Technologist (X-ray focused)

Key Responsibilities

Perform X-rays following safety protocols (ALARA)
Send images to radiologists for review
Take vital signs & patient history
Assist with:
- Patient movement/transfers
- Exam prep
- Specimen collection
Maintain room cleanliness and supplies
Transport patients when needed

Requirements

Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT certification required
Florida state license required
No experience required (new grads welcome)

Salary & Compensation

$24– $36/hour
Shift Differentials:
- Nights: +$3.25
- Weekends: +$2.00
- Evenings: +$2.00
- Holidays: 1.5× pay
Sign-on bonus: $7,500
Relocation assistance (case-by-case)

Work Schedule

Day or night shifts
Rotating weekends required
