Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer – ServiceNow Platform (AI Now Platform)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Day 1 onsite)
Subcon Rate: *** per Hr to *** per Hr Lateral-***k-150k Per annum + benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications, integrations, and custom development.
- Establish infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for ServiceNow environments
- Automate build, test, deployment, and monitoring workflows for ServiceNow and related services.
- Partner with engineering teams to embed AI/ML models into the ServiceNow platform (e.g., predictive intelligence, generative AI, intelligent automation).
- Drive observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Optimize platform reliability and performance at scale, ensuring zero-downtime upgrades and releases.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Engg leaders on DevOps best practices, governance, and security for ServiceNow.
- Build DORA reporting to track the code push, code coverage
- Research and introduce emerging AI/automation capabilities in the ServiceNow ecosystem to continuously modernize the platform.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of DevOps engineering experience, with at least 3+ years on the ServiceNow Now Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development, deployments, and upgrades.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integration into enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Shell).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps module and AI Search.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional technical decisions.
