Office Assistant (Ag-Industry)
Hire Up Staffing is looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join a long-standing, family-owned operation. This is a vital role on a close-knit administrative team, perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks—from payroll and AP to safety coordination.

What You'll Do:
- Manage daily administrative operations (data entry, filing, phones).
- Process Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Payroll.
- Maintain critical records for inventory, equipment repairs, and safety meetings.
- Work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Required: Experience with Famous Accounting Software.
- Industry Focus: Background in Agriculture is a major plus.
- Skills: Ability to juggle conflicting priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
