Home Infusion Biller

Job Summary #CA-KN The Home Infusion Biller ensures timely and accurate billing and processing of home infusion medical and pharmacy claims. This includes edit resolution, patient demographic analysis and correction, authorization/referral review, and claim attachments. Under general supervision, the biller applies acquired skills and professional concepts of healthcare billing and reimbursement to execute all stages of revenue cycle workflow for home infusion. The role involves revenue cycle functions such as system billing, reporting, support, charge capture, coding, insurance identification, data entry, billing, payment posting, refund processing, and collections. The biller may also follow-up on claims with commercial and government payors to ensure maximum reimbursement based on contracts and regulations.
