• License/Certifications: Active RN, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip experience, arterial line, bipap-airvo preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage high acuity drips
• Assist with arterial line placement and maintenance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and update records accurately
• Work closely with staff during scheduled orientation and clinical training
• Participate in holiday coverage as required

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU experience
• Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines, bipap, and Airvo preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and work every other weekend
• Strong clinical skills and team-oriented mindset
