Join a Growing EPC Leader in Power InfrastructureWe are seeking an experienced SF6 Breaker & Switchgear Specialist to join our field operations team supporting utility and substation projects across the state of Florida. This is a hands-on, traveling position ideal for a highly skilled technician who specializes in SF6 gas-insulated breakers and switchgear systems and takes pride in precision, safety, and reliability.If you are an expert in your field and enjoy working on critical power infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you.?? What You'll DoPerform maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of SF6 circuit breakers and gas-insulated switchgearConduct SF6 gas handling, filling, reclaiming, and leak detectionDiagnose electrical and mechanical issues in high-voltage equipmentExecute breaker timing tests, insulation resistance testing, and related commissioning proceduresSupport substation outages, upgrades, and emergency response projectsEnsure strict compliance with safety standards and environmental regulationsTravel throughout Florida to various job sites?? Travel & ScheduleTravel required throughout the state of FloridaTypical work schedule: 45–50 hours per weekMust be willing to use personal vehicle for travelCompany provides:Mileage reimbursementPer diemCompany-paid lodging? What We're Looking ForProven experience working on SF6 breakers and switchgearStrong understanding of high-voltage substation equipmentExperience with breaker testing equipment and diagnostic toolsKnowledge of SF6 gas handling procedures and environmental complianceAbility to work extended hours and travel consistentlyValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicleStrong commitment to safety and teamworkPreferred:NETA certification or equivalent testing experienceSubstation commissioning experienceUtility or EPC background??
