3+ years of plumbing industry experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Residential plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance experience

Strong plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of plumbing codes and best installation practices

Ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment

Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments

Strong communication and customer service skills

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Accurate documentation and job reporting

Light commercial plumbing experience

Navien Certification

Water heater and tankless installation experience

Drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics

ServiceTitan experience

Remove, replace, install, and repair plumbing fixtures according to code

Diagnose plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs

Cut, fit, fabricate, and assemble plumbing systems

Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and plumbing codes

Locate and mark positions for piping and fixtures

Maintain accurate material inventory for each project

Assemble and install valves and fittings

Test plumbing systems and fixtures for leaks

Verify all work meets quality and safety standards

Dig trenches when necessary

Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites

Maintain a clean and organized work truck and job site

Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
