Your Role And Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose movement dysfunction and identify the cognitive and emotional factors influencing their pain experience. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients with chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on proper body mechanics and pain management strategies. Work effectively within our interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, fostering trust and encouraging active participation in their care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve established goals. Key Skills And Qualifications Expertise in Persistent Pain Management: Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating chronic pain, utilizing current research and evidence-based approaches. Outpatient Experience: Proficiency in managing a diverse outpatient caseload and adapting to varied patient needs. Exceptional Collaborative Skills: A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with an interdisciplinary team and building strong rapport with patients and colleagues. Compassion and Empathy: A patient-centered approach with the patience and empathy needed to support individuals through challenging and often long recovery journeys. Strong Clinical Decision-Making: The ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt treatment plans in real-time to meet patient needs.
