Beverage Server - PT

Job Posting

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take beverage orders accurately, deliver orders, and take payment from guests.

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with state liquor laws and company policies.

Work cooperatively with bartenders, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Respond to guest questions, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings, promotions, and casino events.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior night club or restaurant experience is preferred but a positive attitude is more important.

Basic math skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
