Radiology Tech - Encinitas

New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify. This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) working 8-hour varied shifts. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of start times, weekends (minimum of 2 weekend shifts per pay period), holidays, and participation in the on-call rotation. Occasional overnight coverage may be required when the dedicated graveyard technologist is unavailable. Responsibilities include providing coverage in Inpatient X‑Ray, the Emergency Department, Operating Room, Fluoroscopy, Outpatient X‑Ray, and DEXA, with a primary focus on Operating Room support. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. Hiring Incentives New Hire Incentive: up to $8,000 (if qualified). Ineligible candidates: Internal candidates, rehired within 3 years of leaving Scripps, and new graduates without at least one year of Radiologic Tech experience. Retention Incentive Criteria Must remain in original hired FTE status and shift (if specified in offer letter). Must remain in original department/specialty. Must remain in original job title.
