Key Responsibilities Finish Carpentry: Execute interior and exterior finish carpentry work, which includes accurately installing wall framing, drywall, ACT and other misc. duties such as doors, door frames, hardware. ceilings. Quality Execution: Ensure all work is performed accurately and meets project specifications, blueprints, and the company's quality standards and follow and learn from company leadership Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Previous professional experience as a carpenter in a commercial or residential setting is required. We are open to candidates at various levels of experience who can demonstrate a williness to learn and reliable carpentry skills. Technical Skills: Proven hands-on ability in general and wall & ceiling work, with experience in drywall and ceiling installation preferred. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand basic architectural blueprints and construction drawings is a plus or a williness to learn. Tools: Must be proficient with common carpentry hand and power tools. Must have reliable transportation and their own essential set of tools.
