Technical Project Manager / Hybrid / Tempe

$60 - $65 This is a contract to hire Technical Project Manager role supporting enterprise delivery initiatives. You’ll own timelines, scope, and execution while partnering closely with reengineering and business stakeholders. This role blends strong project management fundamentals with real technical fluency. This is not a surface level PM role. You’ll be embedded with development teams, influencing delivery and driving visibility across complex initiatives. If you enjoy owning delivery end to end and translating technical work into business outcomes, this role gives you real impact and long-term upside. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience managing enterprise software projects Solid understanding of SDLC frameworks and delivery models Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira Ability to analyze timelines, capacity, risks, and constraints Excellent communication skills Desired Skills & Experience PMP or similar certification Experience with large, multi-year initiatives Background working closely with engineering teams What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 35% — Azure DevOps or Jira (tracking, reporting, task management) 25% — SDLC methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) 20% — Project planning tools (Microsoft Project) 10% — Software delivery metrics (velocity, quality, testing, uptime) 10% — Cross-team collaboration (QA, DevSecOps, Product) Daily Responsibilities 100% Hands On Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
