Car Wash Assistant Manager

Overview The Flow Express Car Wash is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Manager to help oversee the smooth daily operations of the car wash while supporting an outstanding guest experience. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to help train and develop the team, drive performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals. This full-time position requires open availability including evenings and weekends. With the opportunity to earn $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually (based on performance). Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Positive and motivating work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Incentives and bonuses Responsibilities Welcome and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner Educate guests about and enroll them in our luxury membership programs Safely and efficiently load vehicles using clear hand signals and a positive attitude Ensure every guest receives a thorough, enjoyable car wash experience Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedule Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs when needed Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the site, including landscaping and vacuum stations Ensure all vacuums and equipment are fully functional Assist with opening and closing the site Support daily operations and provide coaching, training, and motivation for team members Help the team achieve sales goals and high service standards Ensure paperwork and operational reports are completed accurately and on time Qualifications At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience Experience in sales or customer service Car Wash experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced retail-style environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A positive attitude with a team-first mindset Ready to Apply If you have a championship mentality, enjoy leading teams, and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
