Part-Time Staffing Specialist

Job Description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Staffing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

Greet applicants and provide excellent customer service.
Assist applicants with completing employment applications.
Answer questions and provide information about available positions.
Review applications and help guide applicants through the hiring process.
Conduct and process required background checks and drug screening.
Maintain accurate applicant records and paperwork.
Communicate professionally with applicants and staff.
Assist with general office and staffing duties as needed.

Requirements

Must be dependable and professional.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working with applicants from a variety of backgrounds.
Basic computer and organizational skills.
Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
Previous staffing, recruiting, customer service, or office experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
