Small private practice is seeking licensed therapists.  As a contractual therapist with our agency, you will be credentialed with insurance payors and have the flexibility to work remotely or in our well-equipped office, depending on your preference and client needs. This position is ideal for self-motivated professionals who are committed to their own professional growth and development in the field of counseling. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse client base.
• Work independently, managing schedules and maintaining consistent client engagement.
• Participate in regular supervision and continue personal development and training.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with all professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills

It is expected that the clinician apply evidence-based methods and theories to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.  

The agency is looking for individuals willing to engage in the credentialing process with insurance payors.    

Education/Experience:

MUST BE LICENSED or LICENSE ELIGIBLE (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A).

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited institution. Computer skills required; must be able to document in electronic medical records system. Exercises knowledgeable, independent clinical judgment on routine and non-routine matters.
