$1499.40/week - Job Summary: Provide supportive and skilled physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Ensure effective implementation of treatment plans to facilitate patient recovery and improve mobility. Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating patient needs and documenting progress as directed by the licensed therapist. Execute individualized treatment plans, exercises, and modalities for patients. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Collect and report relevant patient data to the supervising therapist. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Support patient education and encourage compliance with therapy exercises. Qualifications: Hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification. Possess prior experience in a clinical therapy setting preferred. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be capable of working effectively both independently and within a team. Exhibit good organizational and documentation skills. Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
