• Dates: Nov 4-7; Nov 24-26; Dec 6-24

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
\n
• Licensure Requirements: DEA and CSR required
\n
• Hours: 7 am - 5 pm
\n
• Call hours: 5 pm - 7 am
\n
• Scheduled Calls: Every 3rd night/Friday night calls take weekend call
\n
• Supervision: All CRNA practice
\n
• Type of cases required: ENDO, OB, GYN, General, ORTHO, Acute Pain Management. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals.
