Full Cycle-Recruiter

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent, particularly within engineering and technical organizations. The successful candidate is naturally curious, highly strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity and persistence are essential. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive hiring success across a variety of technical disciplines. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates across a variety of technical disciplines. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute sourcing strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, talent mapping, market research, networking, and competitive intelligence. Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends, target companies, and candidate pools. Develop personalized outreach campaigns that effectively attract and engage top-tier talent. Generate qualified candidate pipelines for complex and difficult-to-fill positions. Continuously evaluate and implement new sourcing tools, channels, and methodologies. Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and candidate engagement. Operate independently with minimal oversight while driving searches from strategy through candidate generation. Required Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting and/or talent sourcing experience with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing. Proven expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence. Demonstrated success identifying and engaging difficult-to-find talent within technical organizations. Experience recruiting or sourcing for Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and other technical functions. Experience supporting Product Design, Industrial Design, or vertically integrated engineering organizations. Ability to independently execute recruiting strategies and deliver results with minimal day-to-day direction. Strong research, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities. Naturally curious mindset with a track record of uncovering talent through creative and unconventional methods. Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications Agency recruiting or talent sourcing experience. Experience working within startup, technology, or high-growth organizations. Background sourcing Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering talent. Experience supporting a broad range of technical and business functions.
