PRST is hiring a Residential Journey level Carpenter for a temp-to-permanent opportunity with a respected local contractor in the Poulsbo area. This position requires an individual who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on a variety of remodeling projects where scopes and priorities can change daily depending on project needs and job sites.

Residential Journeyman Carpenter– Temp-to-Hire

• Poulsbo, WA
• $37 - $38/hr DOE | Weekly Pay  

• Perform residential remodeling work on a variety of projects throughout the Poulsbo area
• Complete framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks.
• Install baseboard, casing, trim, cabinets, and interior doors.
• Hang and adjust doors for proper fit and function.
• Perform drywall repairs, patching, and finishing.
• Complete paint touch-ups and minor finishing work.
• Read and follow project plans and specifications.
• Adapt to changing project scopes, schedules, and site conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and homeowners

#VHPA

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience and carpentry.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Proficiency in framing and finish carpentry.
• Experience installing cabinets, doors, base, and casing.
• Ability to perform drywall repairs and paint touch-ups.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical construction work.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing job site needs
