Housekeeper – Apartment Community

Baltimore, MD Area

Now Hiring: Experienced Housekeeper for a Multifamily Apartment Community!

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our apartment community team in the Baltimore area. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces and providing residents and prospects with a positive first impression of the community.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all common areas, including:
- Leasing office
- Clubhouse
- Fitness center
- Hallways and breezeways
- Laundry facilities
- Restrooms
Perform move-in and move-out unit cleaning.
Deep clean vacant apartments prior to new resident occupancy.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize community areas.
Remove trash and debris from common areas and grounds as needed.
Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of inventory needs.
Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or apartment community experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
