This position operates within a fully remote framework, allowing you to connect with clients and colleagues effectively from the comfort of your own space. The work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to accommodate client needs.   • Engage directly with clients who experience significant mental health challenges, providing therapeutic interventions as needed.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychological, social, and familial factors affecting clients, followed by tailored treatment planning.

  • Collaborate as an active team member, working alongside healthcare providers and social services to address the holistic needs of clients.

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and individual counseling sessions to enhance client coping strategies and resilience.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of client progress, contributing to a data-driven approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this role encompasses individuals undergoing detoxification treatment, many of whom experience co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients often require a compassionate and supportive approach as they navigate their recovery journey. Your expertise in crisis management and trauma-informed care will be essential in fostering empowerment and resilience among these vulnerable individuals.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; an advanced degree (MSW) is preferred.

  • Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is mandatory for practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
