Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and create B2C and B2B marketing initiatives while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI Create and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in marketing initiatives Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
