Sunny Days of California, Inc. specializes in early intervention for children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age. Our programs are multidisciplinary, providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy as well as child development services. Follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop strategies with families to reach developmental goals. Use a family‑centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and ensure progression is generalized. Provide services in natural environments: families’ homes, daycare centers, and other community settings. Conduct reassessments and write progress reports (typically bi‑annual). Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations. Requirements California Physical Therapy (DPT) license. Pediatric experience required; Early Intervention experience preferred. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Sunny Days is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
