Mixing OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to play a key role in our production operations. As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to mix, blend, and combine a variety of materials and substances. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.Key Responsibilities:Operate mixing equipment such as blenders, agitators, and other specialized machinery to combine raw materials according to precise formulations and recipesMonitor the mixing process, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal product quality and consistencyPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing equipment to ensure proper functioningCollaborate with production team members to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the mixing processMaintain accurate records and documentation related to the mixing operationsAdhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and sustainable work environmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience operating mixing or blending equipment in a manufacturing or production settingStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret technical instructions, recipes, and operating manualsAttention to detail and a commitment to qualityEffective communication and teamwork skillsWorking Conditions:This position is based in a production facility and may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and other physical demands associated with industrial equipment. Work schedule: 6am-6:15pm, 2-2-3 scheduleCompensation and Benefits:This is a temporary-to-hire position with a target pay rate of $18 per hour.
