Warehouse Worker

About the Opportunity As a Warehouse Worker at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily operations at our Eau Claire site. In this role, you will be the first-person customers see when they come in the door. During your day, you'll help customers load and unload materials, sort and move various types and grades of metals, and operate forklifts to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with unloading materials Weigh, sort, and identify types of metals Operate forklifts to transfer material within the yard Load material for transportation Clean and maintain the yard and work areas Qualifications Ability to work independently Ability to operate equipment safely Ability to lift and handle 50 pounds Customer service skills Compensation and Benefits Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends Full-time, year-round PTO and 9 paid company holidays Medical and dental insurance Employer paid vision insurance Employer paid life insurance HSA and FSA with employer contribution 401(k) with company match #LI-Onsite
