Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry? Join our team at Toyota of Downtown Chicago, part of the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group, as a Rental/loaner Agent/Coordinator!

As a Rental/Loaner Agent, you will be responsible for managing the dealership's rental/loaner vehicle program, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for our customers. You will assist customers with rental/loaner vehicles, coordinate with the service team, and maintain detailed records to keep our program running flawlessly.

Manage the rental/loaner vehicle fleet and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use.

Greet and assist customers in the rental/loaner process with a positive, professional attitude.

Coordinate with the service department to meet customer needs and ensure timely return of rental/loaner vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of rental/loaner vehicles, including condition reports, mileage, and contracts.

Inspect rental/loaner vehicles upon return for any damages or issues.

Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies regarding rental/loaner vehicles.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Previous automotive or rental/loaner fleet experience is a plus but not required.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
