Build relationships and identify coverage needs. **Midday | Quote, Present & Close** Present Auto, Home, Renters, and other insurance solutions. Educate customers, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the business. **Afternoon | Build Your Pipeline** Follow up on previous quotes, reconnect with prospects, explore bundling opportunities, and generate referrals. **End of Day | Finish Strong** Organize your pipeline, review progress, and prepare for tomorrow.

Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities 401k Benefits Responsibilities As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, your primary responsibility is to generate new business, build lasting customer relationships, and help individuals and families find insurance solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities:** Generate new business through agency-provided leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and existing customer opportunities. Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, and other available insurance products. Identify cross-selling and bundling opportunities to provide comprehensive coverage solutions. Build rapport with prospective customers and confidently guide them through the sales process. Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities. Educate customers about coverage options, deductibles, and policy benefits. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-up tasks within agency systems. Collaborate with our dedicated service team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Participate in team meetings, sales coaching, and professional development opportunities. Consistently work toward individual and agency production goals while maintaining ethical sales practices and compliance standards. Requirements **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

• *Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience**, preferably in personal lines insurance.
• *Active Property & Casualty insurance license** in at least one U.S. state.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong sales closing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills. Experience generating new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using CRM systems, insurance quoting software, and digital communication tools. Highly motivated, organized, competitive, and results-driven. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accountability. Willingness to obtain and maintain additional state licenses and carrier appointments as required.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

Previous Allstate agency sales experience. Experience selling Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal lines insurance products. Strong understanding of bundling and cross-selling strategies. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. Experience working in a high-volume insurance sales environment. Previous remote insurance sales experience.

Be comfortable using virtual communication, CRM, and sales management platforms.
