Must-Have Qualifications 4+ years of full-time experience as a computer systems analyst (or closely related role) Fluency in English U.S. residency Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet connection Tech-savvy: comfortable with messaging tools, video calls, and uploading files Highly independent: able to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks without supervision Compensation & Logistics Hourly rate: $50–$90/hr, plus task-based bonuses (based on experience and project fit). Bi-weekly payments for tracked and approved hours. Fully remote and fully flexible—work on your own schedule as long as deadlines are met. Current employment in the field is not required.
