Technology Implementation Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a Technology Implementation Coordinator to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and administration of Accounts Receivables systems, ensuring optimized efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Responsibilities System Administration: Manage and maintain Accounts Receivables systems, ensuring they function correctly and efficiently. Implementation: Coordinate the deployment of new Accounts Receivables software and upgrades, including planning, testing, and training. Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems. Data Management: Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Accounts Receivables systems. Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials. Compliance: Ensure systems comply with financial regulations and company policies. Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance and IT departments to align system capabilities with business needs. Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, preferably within Accounts Receivables or financial systems. Skills: Proficiency in Accounts Receivables software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with technology implementation projects. Certification in relevant software or systems.
