Project Foreman

Prior skilled construction experience in plumbing and/or mechanical is necessary.Candidates with a Journeyman license preferred but not required. A valid DL is required. Wages up to $39 per hour, pay is based upon experience and credentials. EOE. Must have an understanding of math, basic algebra and geometry. Uses trade tools and other equipment as required. Read, interpret and understand specifications, addenda, submittals and construction schedules. Ensure all work is performed and completed as specified by contract, engineering drawings, specifications and applicable codes. Understanding of Plumbing and Mechanical trade codes, formulas and industry standards Must have excellent communication and leadership skills! Ability to work with others.
