Education Assistance Charitable giving opportunities A culture where employees are recognized and celebrated Responsibilities Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform general repair and maintenance services Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets What You’ll Need At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs Strong customer service and communication skills Possession of – or ability to acquire – commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance What You’ll Be Doing Identify and complete service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform general repair and maintenance services Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property Deliver high-quality service to residents and guests Support the community’s physical assets and property operations Apply today and join our mission to build community and change lives.
