Registered Nurse (RN)
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our network of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse contracted through Alto Health Care Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and more. This flexible role offers the freedom to choose your assignments based on your availability and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient care delivery.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid RN license in the state(s) of practice or Compact license.
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred based on assignment requirements.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in diverse healthcare settings.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on assignment requirements.
