Job Summary

The Marketing and Digital Content Position is responsible for creating dynamic, brand-aligned visual content and managing the performance of our digital advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of design expertise, video editing skills, and a deep understanding of paid media platforms. You will help us grow brand awareness, drive conversions, and support the success of both corporate and franchise locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and/or paid media management.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).

• Proven experience editing short-form video content (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ad platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience working in or with franchise systems (preferred).

• Understanding of wellness industry trends and customer psychology (preferred).

Work Schedule

Flexible based on business needs, operating hours, and special events. This may include some weekends and holidays. Hours of operation are Monday - Sunday from 9am - 8pm. Some in-state travel required.

Content Creation & Design

• Design engaging graphics, infographics, and branded visuals for use across digital channels (social, email, web).

• Edit and produce short-form video content for social platforms, reels, and ads using trending formats and tools.

• Create and maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring consistent brand aesthetics.

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and maintain visual content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions.

Paid Ads Management

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Tiktok, Google Ads, and YouTube.

• Monitor ad performance weekly and share KPI reports (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) with the leadership team.

• Optimize ad creative and targeting based on performance metrics and industry trends.

• Repurpose best-performing organic content into targeted ad campaigns monthly.

Social Media Management

• Provide graphic and video content to support 2–3 social posts per platform per week (for corporate and franchise locations).

• Create at least one high-quality, shareable post per week for franchisee use.

• Ensure all social content is approved and delivered at least one week in advance.

• Assist with platform-specific creative variations (e.g., Reels vs Stories vs static posts).

Analytics & Insights

• Track and interpret performance data across digital ads and social content.

• Recommend content and ad optimizations based on audience behavior and conversion data.

• Stay updated on emerging tools, creative formats, and platform algorithm changes.
