How you create impact As a Sea Logistics Revenue Specialist, you play a critical role in delivering accurate, efficient, and customer‑focused support. By ensuring billing accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating across teams, you help drive operational excellence, support profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience. Manage billing activities using client‑specific quoted pricing, ensuring accuracy and completion within established service‑level timelines. Process operational files in accordance with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Review and validate gross profit (GP) to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing outcomes. Collaborate with Customer Care Locations (CCLs) to obtain missing information, rates, approvals, or instructions required for timely file processing. Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues that may impact billing accuracy, profitability, or customer satisfaction. Partner with the Systems and Process Team to support automation initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies within Operational Care. Maintain strong communication and partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless operational experience across all locations. What we would like you to bring 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within a logistics or freight environment 1+ years of hands‑on billing experience, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables, PowerQuery, etc.) Data visualization tool experience is a plus (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
