About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to serve as its senior technology leader. The CIO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of enterprise information systems, ensuring alignment with organizational growth, clinical excellence, and operational performance. This role involves assessing the current IT environment, defining and executing a forward-looking strategy, and driving technology optimization across a multi-site healthcare system. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in information technology, with a significant leadership role within a healthcare provider organization. The CIO must be a self-directed leader with a collaborative and relationship-oriented approach, capable of leading through growth, integration, and change, and skilled in developing high-performing teams.
