Marketing Analyst

Support development of marketing programs for assigned brands and product categories Support new product feasibility through costing analyses, data aggregation for new item setup, and product information maintenance for commercialization Coordinate with Innovation, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams Partner with Marketing Managers to assess and report brand consistency across product lines, promotional materials, events, and communications Help coordinate social media and digital channels to engage target consumers and promote brand growth Liaise with agencies, vendors, influencers, and talent Support marketing materials, packaging design, and sales collateral development Coordinate corporate marketing, third-party vendors, sales, and trade marketing teams and follow up on material quality Research category insights and analyze market trends and syndicated data Prepare and present insights to internal and external stakeholders Coordinate qualitative and quantitative research, including sampling, concept testing, and sensory analysis panels Create and support growth strategies and annual business planning initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field Two years of marketing experience, or one year of Sigma internship experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience creating and analyzing Excel databases, graphs, pivot tables, and business presentations Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners Willingness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Knowledge of consumer segmentation, targeting, brand positioning, and consumer insights Understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive environments Ability to work in a hybrid environment (home and in-office as needed) Spanish-speaking capability preferred Preferred: two years of experience in social media, web, digital, or SEO marketing Preferred: one year of CPG or culinary industry experience Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in marketing program development, consumer insights analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
