Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for assigned plumbing and mechanical projects. \* Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones. \* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. \* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. \* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control. \* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance. \* Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams. \* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems and conflicts efficiently. \* Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and other required documentation. \* Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on technical and logistical matters. \* Ensure proper closeout procedures are followed, including punch list completion and final inspections. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, specifically in plumbing and mechanical construction. \* Proven track record of successfully managing complex plumbing and mechanical projects from inception to completion. \* Strong understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems, blueprints, specifications, and building codes. \* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. \* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. \* Ability to read, interpret, and enforce construction drawings and specifications. \* OSHA 30 certification preferred. \* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
