Shift Supervisor

Position Purpose As a Shift Supervisor at Lindt USA, you will join a team that believes in your ability to create a positive and engaging in‑store experience. With Lindt Chocolate Shops across the U.S., our retail teams deliver a premium experience to customers. It takes a positive, highly engaged, self‑starter to satisfy customers with every interaction and a passion for Lindt, knowledge of our product, and commitment to our brand. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Sales Ensure store meets or exceeds sales plan and contributes to district achievement. Model commitment to sales mission and communicate it to staff. Support staff development for individual sales goals. Supervise staff to achieve sales KPIs (ADS, UPT, conversion, etc.) and external sales opportunities. Model Lindt standards (4 Moments of Influence, dress code, upsell, passion, sales focus, drive). Monitor and report stock levels to avoid out/overstocks. Escalate issues to Store Management timely. Staff Development Support Store Manager with sales staff training per Lindt & Sprüngli guidelines. Help train staff in daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations. Develop staff sales techniques and product knowledge. Ensure brand is accurately represented to customers. Operational Controls Maintain company standards for operational controls and compliance. Manage inventory, shrink, cash, POS, paperwork, logs per policy. Comply with Quality Assurance policies and procedures. Keep store clean and organized. Qualifications & Requirements Skills & Knowledge Proven sales background. Ability to take direction, delegate, and execute through others. Basic math and/or accounting skills. Experience Prior retail experience, preferably in specialty retail. Regularly lift up to 10 lbs; often lift up to 35 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with arms. Education High School Graduate or equivalent. Other Requirements Must be available to work nights, weekends (Saturday & Sunday), and holidays. Total Rewards Compensation starts at $16–18 per hour, based on skills and market conditions. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive may be included.
