Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct social-emotional support to students in elementary grades K-4
• Conducting individual and group counseling sessions targeting behavioral and emotional needs
• Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement effective support plans
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, communicating insights to educational teams
• Assisting in crisis intervention and conflict resolution, fostering a safe and inclusive environment
• Adhering to all school policies and ethical guidelines within the scope of social work practice

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) required
• Valid state licensure or certification as a school social worker
• Previous experience supporting elementary students, ideally with emotional and behavioral needs
