School Social Worker (LCSW) – 2026/2027 School Year Location: Las Lunas, New Mexico Position Type: Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling School Year: 2026–2027 Soliant Education has partnered with a local school district in the Las Lunas, NM area to hire a compassionate and collaborative Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support students, families, and school teams in the Las Lunas area for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This is a full-time position offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive educational environment. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling services to students Support students’ social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation Connect families with community resources and support services Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral support planningSupervise LMSWs Qualifications Active New Mexico LCSW license required Master’s degree in Social Work New Mexico Department of Education school social worker certification, or ability to acquire School-based or pediatric experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team What We Offer Flexible full-time scheduling Competitive compensation - hourly W2 contract for the full school year Hourly rate range: ($45 - $65) - negotiable and based on experience and skillset Supportive and collaborative team environment Comprehensive benefits (health, vision, dental and 401k with employer match) for those who qualify Opportunity to positively impact students and families School calendar schedule and consistent hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Soliant Health
