Overview We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across Arizona. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field. In this role, you’ll serve as the front line of service—diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience. What You’ll Do Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment, ensuring systems are operating efficiently Troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues to identify root causes and resolve problems Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys for new and existing equipment Serve as the primary customer contact during service visits, delivering a high level of service and professionalism Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner Travel throughout Arizona (and occasionally Southern California), including overnight stays when needed Participate in an on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks for after-hours and weekend support What We’re Looking For 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role Background in ATM, slot machine, cable, telecommunications, or similar field service work preferred Basic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50-75%) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments Keys to Success You enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and take pride in fixing problems the right way the first time You’re customer-focused and leave every site visit with the client feeling confident and supported You’re adaptable and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment You stay organized, manage your time well, and keep accurate documentation You’re eager to learn and grow within a structured, tiered advancement path Our Total Rewards program is designed to support your success, both professionally and personally, and may include: Discretionary bonus opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and wellness programs Tuition reimbursement 401(k) with company contributions Additional benefits including disability coverage and identity protection IGT is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that reflects the global communities and customers we serve.
