Your Impact: What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll serve as a mentor, coach, and advocate, empowering individuals to reach their personal goals while building confidence and independence.

Empower Independence

• Support individuals in developing daily living, social, and community integration skills.
• Encourage self-confidence, decision-making, and personal growth.

Foster Meaningful Experiences

• Plan and facilitate engaging recreational, educational, and life-skills activities.
• Help individuals discover new interests, talents, and opportunities.

Connect with the Community

• Assist participants during community outings, volunteer opportunities, and recreational activities.
• Encourage meaningful relationships and community involvement.

Promote Person-Centered Support

• Provide compassionate care while respecting each individual's choices, dignity, and goals.

Celebrate Success

• Recognize and encourage achievements, both big and small.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet:

• High school diploma or GED with at least two years of relevant work or life experience.

Additionally, candidates must have:

• A valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation with current insurance
• Ability to complete required background screenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, dependable, team-oriented attitude
