Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA)
Role: Occupational Therapy (OT) Team Lead at an inpatient rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the occupational therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care. Coordinate and implement effective occupational therapy programs. Mentor and develop staff to maintain clinical excellence and adherence to standards. Ensure seamless team operations to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
