Class A Drivers No Touch – Rider & Pet Day One - $1400-$1800/WK (Full Time) Types of Jobs: OTR Van What We Offer Consistent Home Time: Be home every other weekend and spend quality time with your loved ones. Competitive Weekly Pay: Earn $1400-$1800 per week, with the potential for even higher earnings. Pay is based on experience. If you have 3 months verifiable Class A experience you start at .56CPM and all drivers with 2 years + start at 60CPM on all miles. This pay structure is for those drivers who live in TN, AL and GA. Hassle-Free Deliveries: Enjoy a 100% no-touch freight experience, with 85% drop and hook loads. Modern Fleet: Drive 2022 Freightliner Cascadias and newer, all equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 1250 watt inverters. Auto restriction? No problem! Bring Your Companions: Take advantage of our rider and pet policy from day one. Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package, including medical, dental, 401K, paid time off (PTO), and more, available after just 30 days of employment. Take the Truck Home: Our drivers can take their assigned trucks home during home time, providing convenience and flexibility. PLEASE NOTE CAN NOT TAKE ANY DRIVERS THAT HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST EVER Driver Requirements At least 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years; remember if you don’t have regional or OTR experience we still want you on board. This experience must be in the last three years. A clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months. Major moving violations? None in the last year and only one in the last three years. Safety Matters: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years, and no DOT Recordable in the last 3 years. Running Area While drivers could run anywhere in the lower 48 (except NYC and Long Island) the vast majority of the freight is running East of I-35. #J-18808-Ljbffr Exile TR
