Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager is responsible for working directly with clients independently and managing their own projects from inception to completion, while effectively communicating with all involved parties. Key Activities / Accountabilities Accountable for managing all aspects of project development from custom, turnkey, primary, secondary, and hybrid packaging from conception to invoice Oversee 30+ development project timelines efficiently, accurately, and independently Fulfill 60+ plus concurrent customer orders & re-orders accurately, in full and on time Lead the development of higher level and complex projects Create timelines and check transit schedules to ensure projects are being completed by the promised date Work with internal logistics, design, quality and accounting team for all project milestones Build items and maintain multiple item bill of materials for manufacturing Set up RFQs and process purchase orders in our internal system Provide subject matter expertise on client related systems, processes, and procedures Communicate effectively with clients and internal Berlin | Jansy team Negotiate and confirm factory pricing and lead times are correct Train and mentor other Project Managers and Jr. Project Managers Other duties as assigned Fulfill employer and employee portions of the Berlin Values Knowledge, Skills, Abilities BA/BS degree strongly preferred or HS/GED with equivalent work experience Minimum 6 years of project management experience Experience working with international factories Ability to use Mac Consumer packaged goods experience or primary and secondary experience Packaging development experience Formulation and turnkey development experience preferred Proven ability to quickly learn and confidently apply new software applications and processes Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Slate, Adobe suite Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills Effective negotiation skills Strong work ethic with a positive, can‑do attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work Critical thinker and information seeker Pay Range NY/NJ Base Pay Range: $95,000 USD - $125,000 USD Benefits Competitive PTO including vacation, personal days, holidays, and sick time Berlin Shared Ownership Plan Profit sharing 401(k) with company match Medical insurance including dental insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) for transportation, medical, and dependent care expenses Vision insurance options Paid parental leave for up to 12-weeks Health club reimbursement Tuition reimbursement 529 college savings plan Employee Assistance Program for mental health and well‑being Calm app to improve mental wellbeing Employee referral program Company sponsored life insurance with optional voluntary life insurance Company sponsored short- and long-term disability Additional Information Please note that any salary information shared is a general guideline only.
