We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious law firm seeking a Partner Attorney to lead and expand its insurance defense practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance defense litigation, a proven ability to manage complex cases, and a portable book of business ($300,000+ preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and more.
* Develop and execute litigation strategies that align with client goals.
* Build and expand client relationships through exceptional service and strategic business development.
* Mentor and collaborate with associates and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
* Participate in firm leadership and contribute to the strategic growth of the insurance defense practice.

Qualifications:

* J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
* 8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience , with trial experience strongly preferred.
* Proven track record of generating and maintaining a portable book of business (minimum $300,000 preferred).
* Excellent legal acumen, communication skills, and business development expertise.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
