Job Description
The Business Operations Manager oversees a large operations team of 16 or more staff, driving process optimization, resource allocation, and strategic planning to enhance organizational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Owner, this role requires managing both internal teams and external vendor relationships without travel obligations. The manager ensures alignment between operations and business goals through budget management, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and lead a large team of 16+ members
Drive process optimization to improve efficiency and productivity
Oversee budgeting and financial management for operations
Track team and operational performance; generate reports for leadership
Manage vendor and partner relationships to support business needs
Allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals
Lead strategic planning initiatives to align operations with company objectives

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Expertise in Project Management and Process Improvement
Strong skills in Data Analysis and Financial Acumen
Proven leadership with excellent Communication and Problem-Solving abilities
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively

Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in business operations management
