LVC Mission Coordinator (Military Operations Analyst 4) Requisition Number: 28138 Required Travel: 0 - 10% Employment Type: Full Time/Salaried/Exempt Anticipated Salary Range: $85,758.00 - $120,000.00 Security Clearance: Top Secret Level of Experience: Senior Job Description Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is hiring a Military Operations Analyst (Mission Coordinator) for the NITE Program. The role supports Large Force Exercise (LFE) operations on the East Coast, acting as the point of contact for Government operations personnel on all range functions and coordinating mission support from scenario development to live/virtual/constructive operational support and post‑mission debrief and evaluation. The coordinator also attends pre‑mission conferences for users and support groups, prepares reports on range availability, scheduling, and utilization, develops and presents briefings on capability, operation, and requirements, and provides equipment operator training. Key responsibilities include: Directing the work of contractor personnel, either directly or through supervisors. Coordinating all mission support from scenario development to live/virtual/constructive operational support and post‑mission debrief and evaluation. Developing, producing, and continuously updating training aids and materials for mission planning. Providing post‑mission debriefings and ensuring mission data reduction support. Implementing and administering effective, rapid, and comprehensive methods of distributing mission scenarios and updates. Developing lessons learned and conducting equipment demonstrations for authorized personnel. Representing the contractor on contract matters related to LFE operations, scheduling coordination with Government representatives, and supporting Government‑sponsored meetings, briefings, and reviews. Flexible work arrangements may include occasional non‑standard work hours and work weeks exceeding 40 hours to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements. Minimum Qualifications 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR 7 years relevant experience with a Master’s degree in a related field, OR 4 years relevant experience with a Ph.D. or Juris Doctorate in a related field, OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 13 years relevant experience. Extensive experience in military aviation (1310/1320) or surface warfare (1110) or military planning in one or more of the following areas: electronic warfare, TAO/BWC/Etc., operational planning or exercise development and evaluation. Three (3) years of managerial experience with DoD efforts. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Top Secret clearance required; eligible for TS/SCI. Knowledge of quality assurance programs and processes. Valid state Driver’s License. Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in STEM and/or management field. Cyber Security Awareness training. Physical Requirements Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, constant use of vision and speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and ability to work under deadlines. Routine travel to remote site facilities may be involved.
