Role Snapshot

• Lead interactive labs that emphasize real-world welding scenarios
• Coach students to master fundamentals and advanced techniques
• Refresh and enhance curriculum in line with current industry practices
• Model strict safety protocols and maintain a secure training environment
• Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and support

Must-Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of professional welding experience
• Hands-on capability with MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored welding
• Experience in oxy-acetylene torch work, plasma cutting, and brazing
• Comfort with soldering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy for diverse learning styles

Tools & Technologies You’ll Use

• MIG, TIG, and Stick welding units
• GTAW and SMAW equipment
• Flux-Cored Arc systems
• Robotic and Laser welding platforms

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly pay: $32–$36, plus overtime opportunities
